AIPC - Internationaler Verband der Kongresszentren

AIPC - the International Association of Congress Centres - is the industry association for professional convention and exhibition centre managers worldwide. AIPC is committed to encouraging and recognizing excellence in convention center management, while at the same time providing the tools to achieve these high standards through its research, educational and networking programs. AIPC occupies a unique position amongst the various organizations representing the meetings industry. It’s a true international organization, with representation from over 53 countries around the world.


EVVC - Europäischer Verband der Veranstaltungs-Centren

The European Association of Event Centres currently comprising around 340 members in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and other neighboring European countries is the only organization that represents the interests of congress centers, arenas, event venues, multipurpose halls and sports facilities. In addition to providing practical support with regard to marketing, legal matters, technology and the development of key and up-to-date figures for the industry, the association pays great attention to the optimization and further development of the range of provision for training and further education within the industry


ACB - Austrian Convention Bureau

The Austrian Convention Bureau (ACB) represents the interests of the Austrian convention and conference industry at home and abroad, drawing the attention of the authorities and other public bodies to topics of relevance to the sector and providing internal communication within the industry.  The ACB has brought an even greater emphasis to its goals with regard to training, further education and basic research within the convention industry. The ACB sees itself as a service provider for its members and the Austrian convention industry.


AMA - Arbeitsgemeinschaft MESSEN AUSTRIA

The Arbeitsgemeinschaft MESSEN-AUSTRIA - is an association of Austrian trade fair organizers, made up in each case of the largest trade fair organizer in each federal state. Presidency till the end of 2014 Reed Messe Wien GmbH. Its activities consist of the exchange of experience amongst its members, their further professional development, and the establishment and maintenance of contacts with foreign trade fair organizers, authorities, politics and interest groups.




The four renowned congress facilities, Festspielhaus Bregenz, Messe Congress Graz, the Design Center Linz, Congress Messe Innsbruck and Salzburg Congress have joined together with the title “Congress Group Austria”. The diversity is in the detail: The distinctive features include the buildings’ atmosphere, location and flexibility, the ambiance of each of the towns and cities, the mindset and linguistic subtleties in the federal states, the culinary specialities and the attractive alternatives for their support program.

The Convention Bureau Tirol operates as a competent and neutral "non-profit" service and advice center for events in Tirol and has a network of more than 60 professional suppliers in the convention, meeting and promotion industry. Tirol has in recent years developed not only into a leading tourist region in the Alps, but also one of the leading regions in Europe in the convention, meeting, promotion and events business.
